Peter Ovchinnikov began his work career in the family business at Wentworthville (Sydney) as an Area Manager. This was soon followed by undertaking the Kmart Management Training course.
By the age of twenty he was running his own small business in Queanbeyan "Classic Door Centre". After successfully running this for seventeen years, it was time to move on. Having an interest in numbers and business financials, Peter went back to school part time to study accounting. He earned the Advanced Diploma of Accounting, achieving the ANU prize for the 'most meritorious student undertaking the course'.
Peter worked for various Canberra tax accounting firms, gaining a wide variety of knowledge on the subject. This gave him valuable experience in not only helping individuals with basic tax returns, but also aiding partners, trustees, directors, and other business associates fulfil their tax obligations. Classic Accounting is a small family business opened in August 2009.
